I am able to accept instructions on Legal Aid funded cases across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Vehicle examinations and reports

I carry out detailed inspections of vehicles involved in collisions, providing clear technical reports on condition, damage, and relevance to the incident. Where possible, I see if EDR data is available.

Locus examinations and reports

I conduct thorough examinations of collision scenes (loci) and provide accurate reports with supporting evidence.

CCTV and Dashcam analysis

I analyse CCTV and dashcam footage to extract accurate timings, speeds, and other key data relevant to collision reconstruction.

Expert witness testimony

I regularly provide clear, impartial expert evidence in Coroners’, Magistrates’ and Crown Courts, as well as in civil proceedings.

Photographic and plan evidence

I produce high-quality photographic records, including drone images where permitted, and plans to support case evidence and courtroom presentation.
